Angel Food Cake With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 angel food cake
2 pt. sour cream
berries in season (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
brown sugar

Preparation

Cut cake in 1/2 horizontally.
Ice inside and out with sour cream.
Garnish with berries immediately before serving.
Sprinkle cake generously with brown sugar.
