Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine
graham cracker crumbs, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and butter;
mix well.\tPress into bottom and halfway up side of a 10-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
