Cottage Cheese Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cottage cheese (can use low-fat)
    2 eggs (1/2 c. egg substitute)
    pinch of salt
    1 c. evaporated milk (can use fat-free)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Can use mixer.
    Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg and/or cinnamon.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake approximately 25 minutes longer (until center of pie puffs).
