Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Sift together the remaining ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
    Stir in 1/2 cup water and nuts.
    Grease and flour three 1 pound coffee cans and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake, without lids, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let cool and store in cans with lids on.
    May freeze.
