Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix flour and dry ingredients, then add to Crisco.
Mix with pastry blender or fork until mealy.
Add liquid and knead lightly a few times to mix.
Let stand 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, roll thin.
Cut in strips about 2 1/2 inches long, or as desired.
Great for any kind of good broth.
