Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs well and add sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Beat well. Add zucchini and dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and stir well.
    Bake in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
