Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 7 Jonathan or Rome apples
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Peel apples; chop in small pieces.
Put in unbaked pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup of sugar and all the cinnamon; pour over apples. Blend 1/2 cup of sugar, flour and margarine; put on top of sugar and cinnamon.
Cover edges of pie shell with foil.
Bake 40 minutes or until done.
