Italian Dressing For Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stalk celery, cut and preboiled in 4 c. water
    1 large pkg. Pepperidge Farm Italian stuffing mix
    2 tsp. all-seasoning salt
    paprika to taste
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    sage to taste
Preparation
    Combine in a large skillet the oil, onion and bell pepper; brown lightly.
    Add ground chuck, garlic salt, all-seasoning salt and black pepper.
    Continue to brown lightly over medium heat.
    Put ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and Italian stuffing.
    Stir while adding celery and its water; mix well.
    Add paprika and sage to taste.
    Dressing is ready to stuff inside turkey.
    Cook in a 325\u00b0 oven until turkey is done.
