Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sliced peaches (ripe)
    2 Tbsp. flour or tapioca
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients; mix with peaches.
    Pour into pastry lined tin.
    Cover with top crust with slits for steam to escape. Press edges together, flute and trim.
    Bake in quick oven about 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 25 minutes longer.
