Festive Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Big Johns beans and fixins
1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 jar mushrooms, diced
1 small carrot, diced
1 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine
1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

In baking dish, mix beans and fixins and all ingredients listed.
Top with slices of bacon or ham (fat trimmed).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
