Red Lobster Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix with wooden spoon until soft dough forms.
    Beat thirty seconds.
    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until brown.
    Combine butter and garlic. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
    Makes 12 to 14.
