Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
1 large carrot, shredded
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 scallions (green onions; optional)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. egg roll wraps
Preparation
-
Brown beef and pork together; drain off grease.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Roll mixture in egg roll wraps.
Fry egg rolls in oil until brown.
