Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 large skinned chicken breasts
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic.
    Cover with waxed paper and cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
    Mix crumbs, Parmesan and parsley.
    Dip chicken in egg and then in crumb mixture.
    Cover with waxed paper and cook for 5 minutes. Rearrange chicken and cook for 4 to 9 minutes longer until opaque. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with the Mozzarella. Cook for another 2 to 4 minutes.
