Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt
    butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl and set aside. Mash potatoes thoroughly with mixer until smooth.\tAdd cream cheese mixture and beat well.
    Stir in chives.
    Add salt and pepper.

    13-inch\tbuttered baking dish. Cover and
    put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Before baking, dot with butter and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
