Cornmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
    Combine beaten egg, sour milk and melted butter.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir lightly and pour into a 9 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
