Candied Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. butter, softened
ice cream
Preparation

Spread apples evenly in a 9-inch heat-resistant glass pie plate.
Combine dry ingredients and cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Watch as pie may bubble over.
Top with ice cream before serving.
