Texas Broccoli And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar pimento Cheez Whiz
1 c. Minute rice
1 frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in butter in saucepan until tender. Combine soup, Cheez Whiz and rice.
Break broccoli apart with fork.
Add to cheese mixture.
Add salt, pepper and onion mixture. Mix well. Place in buttered casserole.
Refrigerate for 12 hours. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
