Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 large cans mushrooms
    2 c. consomme
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    2 bay leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. seasoned pepper
    garlic salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amounts of fat and when brown, sprinkle with garlic salt and put in a casserole dish.
    Add seasoning and drained mushrooms with some liquid.
