Pasta Alla Teresa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    2 oz. Prosciutto
    8 sundried tomatoes
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese plus additional for garnish
    1/2 lb. medium shrimp
    8 oz. linguine
Preparation
    Begin boiling water for pasta.
    Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Saute garlic for 1 minute.
    Cut Prosciutto and sundried tomatoes into thin julienne strips, stir into skillet with pine nuts and shrimp.
    Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in cream, nutmeg, pepper and Parmesan cheese, bring mixture to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer over very low heat while cooking pasta.
