Munchy Crunchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butterscotch
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Melt chips and peanut butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Stir to blend.
Remove from heat.
Add noodles and marshmallows; stir to coat.
Using two forks, drop mounds of the mixture onto the waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
Chill until set.
Store in tightly covered container.
Makes 15.
Recipe can be doubled.
