Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 lb. can drained kidney beans
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf (optional)
Preparation

Put beef in heavy skillet and cook until meat is lightly browned.
Drain fat.
Stir in other ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
