Damn Good Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) leg of lamb
    1 c. white creme de menthe
    salt to taste
    ground cayenne pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. crushed dry mint
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. white wine
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Massage creme de menthe into the flesh of the lamb.
    Place in a roaster.
    Sprinkle top with salt, pepper and mint.
    In a small mixing bowl, beat olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, wine and mustard.
    Pour into bottom of roaster around the meat.
    Spread onion over top.
    Cover and bake for 2 hours, basting occasionally, until done.
    Remove lid and bake another 15 to 30 minutes to brown meat.
