Lornes (Scottish Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs (fine)
    3 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. mace
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together and chill in freezer about 24 hours.
    Slice and fry.
    (Tastes like pork sausage.)
