Cheese Pecan Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. pimento, minced
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in order named, except pecans.
Form in rolls about 2-inches in diameter.
Roll in chopped pecans and in oiled paper.
Refrigerate.
Keeps well and flavor improves. Slice as needed.
