Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 extra serving size graham cracker crust
    2 eggs (just the yolks), slightly beaten
    8 c. peeled and sliced apples
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brush bottom and sides of crust with the egg yolks.
    Bake on cookie sheet about 5 minutes.
    Remove crust from oven and reduce the heat to 350\u00b0.
