Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/3 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream shortening until light and fluffy; gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar, then beat in eggs.
Sift flour with baking powder, salt and nutmeg; alternately add dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
Fold in blueberries.
