Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites (room temperature)
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped roasted almonds
baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Thaw berries.
Combine with sugar, egg whites, salt and juice. Beat until stiff (15 minutes).
Fold in whipped cream and almonds.
Mound in pie shell.
Freeze until firm.
