Harkey'S Casserole(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cans (15 oz.) Van Camp's Spanish rice
    1 can (6 oz.) black pitted olives, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook meat and onions in butter until done.
    Mix rice, olives and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle cheese over top after combining all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to heat through.
