Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix soup, eggs, Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
    Stir in broccoli and put in baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
