Cabbage Au Gratin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped into small pieces
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs (optional)
    minced onion may be added to mixture, if desired
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in boiling salted water 10 minutes.
    Drain and put in shallow baking dish or pan.
    Blend milk, soup and cheese. Pour on cabbage.
    Top with bread crumbs, if desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (or until hot).
    Makes about 6 servings.
