Olive Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (2/3 slice bread)
    1/3 c. pizza sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. very lean ground beef
    36 medium pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, pizza sauce, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Add ground beef; mix well.
    Shape about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture evenly around each olive to form round meatballs.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
