Creamed Eggs 'N Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
8 sliced hard-cooked eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
6 English muffins, toasted and split with butter
Preparation

In frypan, melt butter on medium-low heat.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
Reduce heat to low; fold in cream cheese and stir until smooth.
Add eggs and ham.
Heat through.
Serve over muffins.
