Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 c. diced chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix zucchini and onion and add croutons, chicken, soup and sour cream.
    Trim ends of zucchini and slice in halves lengthwise.
    Boil in salted water until tender, about 4 minutes.
    Use 1 1/2-quart casserole; use more croutons or bread crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
