Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pare
    eggplant; cut in 1 inch squares.\tCook in boiling salted water
    8 minutes.
    Add egg, milk, butter, onion and dry bread crumbs.
    Place
    in\tgreased 1 quart buttered dish.\tTop with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
