Pecan Pie Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. melted oleo
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, pecans and flour. Set aside. Combine melted oleo, eggs and vanilla into flour mixture until just moistened. Grease muffin tins. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
