Shrimp With Orzo And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. tomatoes, drained and chopped
    12 oz. fresh broccoli, cut in florets
    1 c. uncooked orzo (rice shaped pasta)
    12 oz. medium shrimp
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 oz. Feta cheese
    2 tsp. basil leaves, crumbled, or fresh, chopped
Preparation
    In large skillet, bring broth, tomatoes and broccoli to a boil over high heat.
    Add orzo; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add raw, cleaned shrimp, salt and pepper.
    Return to a simmer; cover.
    Stirring occasionally, cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and broccoli and orzo are tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Feta and basil. Serves 4.
