Ingredients

1 large bunch fresh mustard greens
2 or 3 deboned pork chops with fat removed
Preparation

Wash greens several times to remove all grit.
Put chops in large pot sprayed with nonstick spray and brown lightly on both sides.
Gradually add the greens and stir occasionally until all the greens are in the pot.
Cover and cook until greens are tender, about 30 to 45 minutes.
