Smoked Salmon Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

11 oz. smoked salmon, skinned and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard or horseradish
parsley to garnish
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together.
Press into a container or mold sprayed with nonstick spray.
Chill.
Unmold on tray or plate.
Top with parsley.
Serve with small bread sticks or crackers.
