Quickie Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Blend powdered sugar and cocoa together in glass mixing bowl. Pour milk in bowl and then place the butter on top of the powdered sugar and cocoa (DO NOT MIX). Put in microwave until the butter has melted, about 3 to 4 minutes or longer depending on the microwave power level. Remove; stir, then quickly add vanilla. Stir in. Then add nuts, if desired. Pour into plastic cake size pan. Spread out and then refrigerate for 1 hour OR 20 minutes in the freezer. Take, cut and ENJOY.
