Plum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. butter
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. milk
    4 plums, halve and pit
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter into flour.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar, salt, egg yolks and milk.
    Spread dough with hands in bottom of jelly roll pan and up sides.
    Arrange plums in rows on top of dough.
    Mix 4 beaten eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar and pour over plums.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Cool before cutting.
