Debbie Nicholson'S Excellent Moist Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated, peeled and drained zucchini
Preparation
    Blend all dry ingredients. Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and blend well.
    Add chopped nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
