Breakfast Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. low fat tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) carton egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. Bac*Os or other imitation bacon bits
Preparation
    Scramble egg substitute adding Bac*Os when eggs are half cooked.
    Put tortillas in steamer for 2 to 3 minutes.
    After eggs are cooked, place an ample amount on one side of tortilla and roll tightly.
    These may be frozen and reheated in microwave.
