Hot And Spicy Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. dry peas, cooked
1/2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, diced
1 medium sized green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. hot taco sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
