Cranberry Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
4 to 5 green onions
juice from 1 lime
handful of cilantro
dash of salt
jalapeno (no seeds for mild; 1/2 seeds for medium and all seeds for hot salsa)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop until blended. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. This is good \"appetizer\".
