Dannon Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Dannon plain low-fat yogurt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 c. minced fresh onion
1 (0.9 oz.) envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with fresh vegetables.
Makes about 3 cups.
