Norwegian Crowns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 hard-boiled egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 c. peeled, chopped almonds
    few shakes or powdered cardamon seed
Preparation
    Put yolks through strainer into creamed butter.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add sugar gradually and continue to cream.
    Add flour and almonds; blend well.
    Force dough through cookie press or roll out on floured board and use cookie cutter.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Watch cookies; they burn easily!
