Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen corn (about 2 c.) or 5 ears fresh corn, cut off cob
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Cook about 15 minutes at 375\u00b0, stirring often.
    When pudding begins to thicken, turn oven back to 300\u00b0 and cook until solid.
    (Total baking time approximately 45 minutes.)
