Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine the sugar, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Sift flour with soda and salt and stir into the sugar mixture.
Add apples and nuts and beat well.
Pour into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Better if made three days ahead of time.
