French Roast Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
3/4 lb. Parmesan cheese
3 oz. Dijon mustard
2 chickens, quartered
1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Insert under skin of chicken quarters. Combine melted butter, lemon juice and 3 tablespoons mustard.
