Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    12 Tbsp. sugar
    few grains salt
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Add salt and flavoring.
    Dilute milk with water and add to mixture.
    Serve it sprinkled with ground nutmeg.
    Fix a day ahead of time or at least 24 hours.
